  • When will my order be dispatched?
    You will see predicted despatch times on each product page within the ‘shipping and returns’ details. The expected despatch date for your order is also confirmed on the checkout page. The 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date. Please Note: “Due to the impact of social distancing measures in our studio, we are experiencing slightly extended delivery times. Rest assured we're working extremely hard, and safely, to get your order to you as soon as possible.
  • What are the delivery costs?
    Standard delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout
  • I haven’t received my Order Confirmation email?
    You should receive an order confirmation email once you have competed your order, so please make a note of the email address you have used. If you haven’t received this, please first check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes get hidden here. Also make sure to add info@rarebirdsart.com to your email safe list to prevent future emails missing your inbox.
  • What are my payment options?
    We offer a range of ways to pay for your order, so you can choose to make payment by debit or credit card with Stripe, Paypal and also Offline payments and by installment (on orders over €200 only) allows you to spread the costs over equal payments with the first payment taken on the date of your order confirmation.
  • Can I get a frame for my print?
    We are not currently selling frames online but will be in the future. Our prints fit standard A4, A3 & A2 frames.
